Extreme Weather Gives Climate Change Proponents Ammunition
Over the past year and just in 2011 alone, the world has experienced a multitude of environmental disasters. From major volcanic eruptions to powerful earthquakes, floods and tornadoes, the weather seems to be getting more extreme.
Believers in man-made global warming are having a field day with these events. But are these events truly caused by man-made global warming or are they just the result of natural climate change cycles? Whatever your opinion, the debate is sure to be heating up in business and political circles.
Whatever the cause, we are experiencing major disasters at record levels. It wouldn’t hurt to be prepared with survival essentials-food, water, medicine, blankets and other necessities. If you find yourself in the middle of a major weather or geological event, maybe you will have what you need to get you by until things normalize. If nothing ever happens, then be thankful and keep in mind others that need help in times of crisis.
