Solutions
A variety of solutions have been presented to battle global warming. However, one solution by itself will not solve the problem. It will take a combination of solutions with participation by developed and developing nations around the world. Some of the possible solutions are listed below. However, it does not mean any one solution is the best or that all or any solution should be implemented.
Turning to alternative sources of energy such as wind, solar, bioenergy and hydroelectric.
Cut carbon emissions from cars, trucks, planes and other sources of carbon dioxide.
Reduce the rate of deforestation
Create more self-sustaining environments for communities and larger populations
Develop and put to use more energy efficient applicances
Implement carbon taxes on populations to curb consumption and energy use.
